It rarely exceeds 10% of construction costs, regardless of project size.

We are familiar with environmentally sensitive areas, can identify historic or archaeological resources, and work with you to eliminate the possibility of costly pitfalls down the road. Only after handling these and other considerations unique to each project do we begin the actual design - with the confidence that we can be on target and on budget.
